Jesus Christ is Lord over everything.

The whole Chapter of Hebrews ch-1 talks about the Superiority of Jesus Christ over the Angels. We find that Jesus Christ was tempted in the desert for 40 days by the Devil with different types of temptations. Since He came in the form of man, making Himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, (we find those things in Philippians 2:5-11), He was tempted by the Devil in different ways – we find that in (Matt 4:1-10). But He was without sin.

In Matt 4:1-10 – When Jesus Christ was led into the desert to be tempted by the Devil and was tempted by the Devil, we find that after the Devil left Him and He had gone through the test, angels came and ministered to him.

Matt 4:11 – Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him. (NIV)
Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him. (King James Bible).

So, we find that angels are ministering spirits, I believe as a human being Jesus Christ would have been tired during His fasting of 40 days and the temptations He faced with the Devil, and the test He went through. But God the Father sent His angels to minister to Him, to take care of Him and give him strength as being made in human likeness, not that He sin, but that He was tired since He came in the form of man.

Hebrews 1:13-14 compares the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the ministering spirits of the angels.
To which of the angels did God ever say, “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet”? Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

To receive this ministering spirits whom the Father God sent to serve his people, in a simple way it is received by faith. Sometimes, it can be received by believing that the Father God loves us so much and He sent or put his angels around his people and to be with his people, to minister in our spirit, heart, soul and body to protect his people and bring healing (to serve, care, minister) to his people, believing in our heart that God sent them for our cause because God loves us so much. Sometimes it might be a strong sense of angels in your spirit which bring healing for your soul. Other times we can sense them that they are ministering to people and are there to minister to people while we are teaching or preaching about the Father God or the Father heart of God. They have a desire to reveal and minister the Father God to the hearts of God’s people, they may sometimes even be there before preaching or teaching, getting ready for the topic. One powerful thing that they brought is healing for the souls and also building our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. When angels ministered to our spirit they sometimes bring the understanding of who the Father God is, they also build our faith when they ministered and shows us the Lordship of God, that He is Lord over all the Heavens and the Earth. Personally I believe that growing in the understandings of the Father God and growing in the understandings of the Lordship of God comes together, we might not all have the same experience, but according to my experiences, when I grows in the understandings of the Father God, I also grows in understanding the Lordship of Jesus Christ. I also believe that as a believer of Jesus Christ, we are also to continually grow in our understandings of the Father God and the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

We knows that Jesus Christ is Lord over heaven and the earth (Matt 28-18), Lord over what ever Might, Glory or Splendor that are there in Heaven. He is also Lord over every works or anything that is established here on the earth and everything else, but angels are ministering spirits according to Hebrews 1:14, to minister to the people of God, to serve the people of God, to minister healing – either physical, soul or our spirit, or that has been drained because of whatever reason it may be. According to Heb 1:14 – Angels are sent to serve us, not that we serve them, but we don’t find anything that we can command the angels, I don’t know weather people who sees angels talk back to angels, even if it happens so, we are not to worship them. They are sent by the Father God to minister to us, either to give us directions or to minister to our spirit, especially when we felt we are down or emotionally drained and tired, to minister the Loving presence of the Father God into our heart or spirit, there are no limitations in receiving what God wants for us His people, knowing and understanding God the Father in our soul, heart and spirit, angels are sent by the Father God and our Lord Jesus Christ who loves us, and they ministered powerfully and is divine.

Hebrews 1:3-4 – also states about the Superiority of Jesus Christ over the angels, in that same chapter verse 14, we also find that they are ministering spirits to serve the people of God, they too are servants of God. Verse 1:6b – says, “Let all God’s angels worship him”, angels too are beings who worship God.
Verse 3-4 – The Son (Jesus Christ) is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs. (Hebrews 1:3-4).

So, Jesus Christ is Lord over everything, He said, “All authority in Heaven (over all the angelic beings, over all the splendor and the Glory of Heaven, over all the saints and everything that is there in Heaven that He created for all those who will inherit His Kingdom in heaven, Jesus Christ has all the authority over everything that is there in Heaven) and on earth (everything that we can do here on earth, every works and over everything that is here on earth) has been given to me (Jesus Christ has all the Authority over everything on earth)”.

Matt 28:18 – Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me”. (NIV)

Phil 2:5-11 (NIV)
5 In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:

6 Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!

9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.

May God bless you,
